Documentary film 'The Price of Sugar' now available on You Tube

The sugar plantation family owner in the Dominican Republic portrayed in the 2009 documentary film 'The Price of Sugar' has long fought to censor the film by taking legal action against the film's distributors and anyone who attempts to screen it publicly. Now it is available online on You Tube. The 90-minute film is narrated by the late Paul Newman and tells the story of the conditions of super-exploitation of Haitian farmworkers on the sugar plantations of the Dominican Republic.
